Since 1987, Johnson Matthey Catalysts has been manufacturing SCR catalysts for NOx abatement and oxidation for a variety of industries. Long term experience from numerous catalyst applications, like coal/oil/gas fired boilers, incinerators, stationary and marine diesel engines positions the company to assist customers in managing their fleet of installed SCRs to help solve a lingering problem at a specific Installation. The following services are available:

• Regular catalyst inspections, sampling and testing as a basis to:
• Derive measures for further maximizing the system performance
• Determine the best future for used catalyst, including cleaning/regeneration/recycling
• Catalysts activity and SO2/Conversion testing in Johnson Matthey's own laboratories
• Link catalyst inventory management and catalyst manufacturing
• Develop system-specific catalyst management plans to predict future catalyst needs and/or system maintenance and AIG tuning
• Develop a system specific maintenance plan
• Optimize SCR operation and catalyst utilization
• Increase SCR performance (NOx credits!)

Johnson Matthey has laboratories to analyze chemical and physical properties and test facilities to measure catalytic performance.
